FAQ
Two packages: 3 hours for 699 PLN (ideal for smaller parties, around 15-19 guests) and 5 hours for 899 PLN (recommended for larger celebrations). Both include unlimited photos, full editing of every image and a private online gallery. We prepare an exact quote within 24 hours, write to us and describe your party.
Our range is 699-4999 PLN: from 699 PLN for coverage of a civil ceremony alone, up to around 4999 PLN for full coverage from the morning preparations to the late-night celebrations, including a separate portrait session on another day. Wedding films are quoted separately. Every wedding is quoted individually within 24 hours.
We work throughout Poland, Kutno, Łódź, Warsaw, Poznań and wherever you are. For projects abroad, let us talk too. Travel is quoted individually.
For corporate events we often deliver the first photos the same day, during or right after the event, ready to publish immediately. The full gallery is usually ready the next working day. For weddings and 18th birthdays we agree the gallery date individually.
Yes. Our studio at ul. Królewska 2 in Kutno takes professional document photos: ID card, passport, driving licence, residence card (karta pobytu) and more. 4 printed copies cost 49 PLN and 6 copies 59 PLN, with the digital file included, also the JPG required by the MOS portal. We print on site while you wait.
Yes. Before every session we help you choose the style, the location and how you want to be presented. We can advise on outfits, make-up and the whole concept, so the result is exactly what you imagined.
Yes. We produce full video content: event films, Instagram and TikTok reels, commercials and complete video campaigns. Pan Fotograf Studio also works as a creative agency, handling projects end to end.
Yes. Pan Fotograf Studio in Kutno rents a fully equipped creative room (40 m2, from 92 PLN/h), ideal for photographers, companies and content creators. Our second room is currently under renovation. Check availability and book your slot.
