Creative room

A space with genuine character: a stucco wall, two grey sofas, living plants and sliding wooden panels you can arrange to shape any frame. New: electric backdrop hanging system with plain backdrops (white, black and other colours), ideal for headshots, business sessions and filming. Plus a boom stand, two C-stands and three lights (one continuous, two strobes with softboxes).

This room is under renovation and temporarily unavailable. We are modernising the space. The electric backdrop system and the plain backdrops have been moved to the creative room, where we now run all headshot and business sessions. Do come back once the work is finished.

Once reopened: a space for photographers, videographers, promotional filming and video calls, with a make-up station, C-stands, strobes with softboxes and lighting accessories.

All prices include VAT. Billing is per full clock hour.

§1 General provisions

The studio is owned and managed by Jan Zachorski (99-300 Kutno, ul. Królewska 2, VAT ID 7752672510), hereinafter the Landlord. People using the rental are the Tenant. Podczas wynajmu obecny jest Opiekun Studia.

§2 Scope of the rental

The studio and equipment include: lighting (strobes and LED), light modifiers, stands, backdrops and triggers.
Cameras and lenses are not part of the standard kit, they can be hired for an extra fee, requested at least 7 days in advance.
Equipment must not be taken outside the studio.

§3 Rules of use

The studio is self-service, you set up the lights and accessories yourself. Our attendant is there for guidance only (unless you have booked paid lighting assistance).
Equipment and rooms must be returned in unchanged condition. Excess cleaning costs 100 PLN net; for confetti, glitter, holi powder, artificial snow or sand, 250 PLN net.
Full-day rentals require a refundable deposit of 200 PLN (regular clients excepted), returned within 24 hours once the studio has been checked.
Indoor shoes are required; paper backdrops must be walked on barefoot. Damage to a paper backdrop costs 35 PLN per running metre.
The premises are monitored by CCTV. Alcohol and other intoxicants are prohibited. The Landlord is not liable for belongings left in the studio.

§4 Fees

Fees follow the price list, VAT included, billed per full clock hour. Overrunning is charged for every hour started.
Payment in cash or by bank transfer. Confirming a booking requires payment in full (regular clients excepted).
Cancelling less than 48 hours in advance, 100% of the price is charged.
Minors may rent the studio accompanied by a legal guardian, who takes responsibility for any damage.

§5 Booking

Bookings are made through the form, Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00. Every booking is confirmed by email.
Rental time runs from the confirmed start time until the last person leaves the studio.
Complaints must be raised during or immediately after the rental, the Landlord has 14 days to respond.

§6 These rules apply from 1 January 2024. The Landlord reserves the right to amend them. The full rules are available at the studio.
